Get adequate sleep:

Many people find it difficult to have proper sleep, especially when they are getting older. The average recommended hours of sleep for adults 65 or more are 7-8 hours per day. Not having enough sleep makes you tired and you may feel unproductive throughout the day. Many people face insomnia or disrupted sleeping patterns. Making yourself physically active and eating a healthy meal can help you to get better sleep. Make a habit of going to the bed at the same time each night, avoid daytime naps. Dental Hygiene:
